When can I check-in? What time is check out?
Your room is available for check-in from 2pm, check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).
Do you have family rooms?
We have a choice of rooms for families.
Do you accept group bookings?
If you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us.
Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?
The hotel does not have adapted bedrooms but all public areas including reception, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. Reception desk is fitted with an induction loop for hearing impaired guests.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Pets are not allowed.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on our cancellation policy page or on your confirmation email.
How will my details be used?
Do you have smoking rooms?
The Ramada Plaza Antwerp is a smoke free zone. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building including guest bedrooms. There is a €250 charge for guests who smoke indoors to cover the cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition. An outdoors smoking area is provided.
Does the hotel have internet access?
All bedrooms are equipped with high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi is available in public areas.
Do your bathrooms have bath or shower?
All bathrooms are en suite with fantastic power showers.
How to contact Flanders Tourism in case of complaints?
Pay attention: starting the first of February 2017, Antwerp has introduced its ‘Low-Emission Zone Plan’. You can find the conditions here and you can check whether or not your car may enter the zone.
Ramada Plaza Antwerp however is located outside the 'Low Emission Zone'. All types of vehicles can therefore easily access our hotel.
